I have a question:
I will be attending an orthodox synagogue for the first time soon. Since I am unmarried, but in my mid-thirties, should I wear a head covering?  If so should my hair be completely covered?  Thank you for your help.

Thanks for your question.

There is no need for you to wear a head covering.

(In fact, if you're seeking a marriage partner it might be good advertising to *not* wear a hat.  This is akin to not wearing a wedding ring in secular or Christian society.)
