Instructions for Davening Mincha

I have a question:
Hello, I'm wondering if there is a book which will help me learn to daven Mincha. In other words, the actual passages to read, a well as when to bow, how to bow, etc. Regards, Scott Markowitz

The prayerbook with the most instructions and commentary in English is The Complete ArtScroll Siddur. Although the frum commentary may not be everyone's cup of tea, it is *by far* the easiest siddur to use. It includes explicit instructions for all the "body english" and seasonal variations. It uses gray shadow around paragraphs that are inserted or skipped on various occasions, to clearly highlight the beginning *and ending* of each. Once you are comfortable davening mincha, Jewish bookstores sell cheap credit-card-sized laminated cards with the whole Hebrew text in tiny print, for convenient carrying in your wallet.
