I have a question:
I have seen Rabbi's bow 3 times during the Amidah. Why is this done. Should'nt it only be 2 times?

Once near the beginning and ending of Avot (the first benediction), and once at the beginning of Modim (ordinarily the 18th benediction, but the 6th benediction on Sabbaths).
