The Contents of the Mezzuzah

I have a question:
I would like to find an electronic copy of the writings in the Mezzuzah with and without nikud and an English translation (Don't want transliteration).

The ORT Bible Site listed there has the vocalized text and the STAM in side-by-side columns, with translation beneath.
