I have a question:
Is there a prayer that I can say for someone sick?

Yes. One of the prayers that observant Jews say thrice daily is for "healing the sick". You can find it in any Siddur. It is the eighth benediction of the daily Amidah.  During the silent Amidah, one may append to this benediction a personal meditation/petition.

You can also make a declaration pledging a donation to charity in connection with a communal prayer for a specific individual's health. This is called a mi-she-bei-rach and it is part of the public Torah Reading ceremony on Sabbath mornings (and certain other times). Go up to the gabbai during the Torah reading and provide your name and the name of the sick person (both of which get inserted into the text of the blessing which he will recite and to which all congregants will respond "a-mein".)
